Returns and Refunds Policy

Any garments purchased from our website are custom made. Therefore under UK law they are NOT eligible for refund or return. An exception to this would be if we have made an error on your custom made order. Under these circumstances we would offer to repair or remake the item. Under UK law we are not obliged to refund a custom made item in the event of a an error.

Some of our accessories are one size. This means they are not custom made and are eligible for refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us for more information on how to send a return.

We do not take any responsibility for mistakes made when entering measurements. If you are unsure of your measurements please do not guess, contact us or check out size guide.

Shipping

All of our garments are made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Current lead time is 14 working days. This is subject to change, we will post any updates or changes on this page

We ship worldwide. Please note that any orders outside the EU are subject to a customs charge that the recipient must pay. This is totally out of our control.
